The Town of Hobgood personnel will respond to any after hours emergency in a timely fashion.  Emergencies may include but are not limited to: electric outages, water leaks and sewer blockages.  In case of an emergency, please call Thomas Ellis at (252) 578 1733.  He may be experiencing a high call volume and may not be able to answer, but leave a voicemail.  Chances are that the repair crew is already working on the problem. Give them a call and then just chill and listen to the music.
